1. Who We Are

NMMSE Test Series is an individual-run educational platform owned and operated by Pranav Malik, based in India.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

2.1 You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Services

3.1 We provide online mock tests, practice questions and performance analytics.

3.2 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice, including for maintenance and upgrades.

4. Pricing & Payments

4.1 The current plans and prices are displayed on the Pricing page. Prices are subject to change at our discretion.

4.2 Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By purchasing a plan, you authorize Razorpay to process your payment information.

4.3 Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout and/or on your invoice if applicable.

4.4 Access to paid content is granted to the account that completed the purchase and is non-transferable.

5. Digital Delivery & Access

5.1 Our products are digital. Upon successful payment, access is typically granted instantly; in rare cases it may take up to 24 hours due to technical delays.

5.2 If access is not provided within 24 hours, contact nmmsetestseries@gmail.com with your order details.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• copy, reproduce, share, or redistribute test content, explanations, or analytics without our permission;
• circumvent any access controls, security features, or payment requirements;
• use bots, crawlers, or scripts to harvest content;
• engage in activity that violates law or infringes third-party rights;
• attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including tests, questions, explanations, graphics, UI, trademarks, and logos are owned by or licensed to NMMSE Test Series. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for your own study purposes. No resale or public distribution is permitted.

9. Third-Party Services

We may link to or integrate third-party services such as Razorpay. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific score improvements or exam outcomes. While we strive for accuracy, content may contain errors or be updated over time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NMMSE Test Series and its owner from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Your City], India.
