Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Products

All our offerings are digital (online tests, explanations, analytics). Once activated or accessed, the product is considered delivered.

2. General Policy

No refunds are provided after digital access is activated or content is accessed, due to the nature of our products.

We do not offer cancellations of active plans.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• a) Duplicate payment for the same order;
• b) Payment successful but access not provided within 24 hours;
• c) Technical failure on our side that prevents access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email nmmsetestseries@gmail.com within 24 hours of the transaction with:

• Registered phone number
• Order ID / Transaction ID
• Payment timestamp and screenshot (if available)
• Description of the issue

Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, subject to your bank or issuer timelines.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend or terminate your access pending resolution.

6. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
